Repair is smart when damage is limited and the backing and pad are sound. Replacement makes sense when carpet is worn wall-to-wall, water has ruined the pad, or no match exists. We fix what should be fixed—not upsell.
Holes need a patch; wrinkles need a stretch. Many floors need both on one visit. We patch the damage, then power-stretch the carpet back onto the tack strip.
